Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!
ALL rent is due on the 1st of each month and late by 11:59pm on the 5th. Please pay rent through your Portal and within the specified time period to avoid late fees. You can even pay periodically similar to a savings account to apply towards your rent. We will never take Cash, Check, Money Order, or Cashier’s check!

We respond within a few hours to a maintenance request and we’ll put the vendor in direct contact with the resident to coordinate a time to complete the repair. Your responsiveness to the vendor is important. If it’s an emergency or requires immediate attention we will provide you notice and enter the unit.
ALL maintenance requests must be submitted through the online portal. We will not respond to any maintenance requests submitted via text or phone call. We can better serve you by providing detailed information about the issue along with photos.
Yes, we love house trained dogs. Dogs must be under 50 Lbs and may not be categorized as a ‘Dangerous Breed’ or have any mix thereof. Additional Pet Rent of $49 per pet applies. Only one (1) dog per bedroom is allowed.
All ADA or Emotional support pets must have supporting documentation from a medical provider.
No Cats are allowed.
They’ve all been vetted by our team and have worked with us or come highly recommended.
We complete monthly and quarterly pest control to keep our communities clean.
Our communities are serviced by Waste Management on a weekly basis.
All residents must put the individual electrical service in their name. Please contact JEA at 731-422-7500 to transfer utilities or any outages.
Union Square Apartments offers complimentary WIFI however each resident can obtain their own individual firewall WIFI directly through JEA at a negotiated rate for our complex. Please contact the following individual for WIFI Installation please do not order through main dispatcher.
